Monday.

Hari ni ku pergi hospital shift petang. (Maksudnya: Pegi hospital lambat. Pukul 3pm, sebab bangun lambat, duk membongkang buat peta minda atas bantal sampai zohor, pastu semua orang dah balik dari hospital, aku baru nak pegi = shift petang la kirenye tu). Sampai sana, afiq teman makan lunch kat kafe hospital then g wad 6c. Tengok2 patient, clerk pakcik Omar. Tapi tengah clerk tibe2 Anep dtg suruh tlg pakcik Ramli nk pg buat CT Scan. So kami tlg Dr Syima yang friendly gila. Tolak katil tu pegi tingkat 2, tempat imaging department. Oh, pastu ku volunteer buat bagging sbb Dr lenguh (ambu bag, sbb patient tu unconscious, kne intubation semua) ku punye bagging hampeh sikit, sampai 93 SPO2 jadinye haha. Pastu afiq take over die dpt cecah sampai 97. Ceit. Tapi Dr kate normal la tu klau ventilation secara manual. Pastu dapat ikut buat Ct Scan, tlg angkat patient, tgk the whole procedure utk buat Ct Scan. 

 - tapi mmg kesian la pakcik Ramli ni. Laki bini accident motor (MVA). Luckily bini die kat wad Ortho, conscious. Laki die si Ramli ni, unconscious smpai x respond kt any stimuli, ha malas plak nk crite psl GCS (Glasgow Coma Scale), tp GCS die rendah la. Ari tu ade gerak2 kaki. Hari ni xrespond pape. Tatau la cmne. Ari tu ade tgk result Ct Scan die yg first, ade hematoma paras tlinge and swelling kt temporo-occipital. Psl tu la kot smpai xsdr, kuat kot terhantuk. Kesian. Anak die bwk kwn ramai2 jenguk die ari tu. Tapi bapak die xsedar2 smpai ari ni. Anak die da la sama umur ngn aku. Bayangkan klau parents sndri terlantar xsedar kt hospital, siap ngn cervical collar sume, unconscious, xke sedih. :((

Then merayau ward clerk patient with neck swelling, mungkin nodular. Makcik Thanaletchmy namenye. Buat PE skali, heee. Sori makcik, habes leher makcik diraba2 kami. Lepak2 jap, pastu pegi Asar. Balik2 je nmpk Anep and Mat tgh borak ngn Dy Syima, die ckp pegi clerk patient yg bru masuk. Abang bangla. Hehek. Terpaksa la cakap melayu baku, kerna memang die xbrape fhm. Tanye ade muntah tak, tadee. Lepas tu org laen plak tanya ade muntah x, ADE, 20 KALI. Hoh! kejap ada kejap tada. Aiyo. Bila tanya demam, tadaa. Tapi die kata dahi banyak panas. Aiyo. Okay2. clerk2 semua, upenye disyaki Acute Appendicitis, sbb die sakit perut belah kanan. Then da abes. Buat PE semua. Suruh afiq tanya Dr HO laki kecik comel tu, ade kne amek darah x. Afiq xbuat lg, so die volunteer. And woot! Die berjaya amek dgn sekali try, bagus2. Lepas settle darah masuk tube semua, sambung balik clerk pakcik Omar yang dipercayai ade triple A tu (abdominal aorta aneurysm). Tapi malangnya xdgr pun bruit. 

Hmm. Itu saja la catatan hari Isnin, memandangkan time tu dah nak maghrib, afiq ajak teman die g buka puase. So teman die buke kt kafe hospital. Hari ni last day die puasa. Complete sudah puasa nazar die selama sebulan. Nazar psl ape? Nazar psl nk dptkn saye. Takde keje die tu. Takpe la, bia die kumpul pahle skit. (Sbenarnye cerita mcm ni, time tu gado biasa je, tp die igt saye marah gile2, die pg buat nazar nak puasa sebulan sbb die igt sy nk tgglkan die. Padahal sy xmara mane pun, esoknya elok je saye call die mcm biase, die tibe2 kate die da buat nazar, haha. Tergelak bsr la aku time tu. Aduh, maklumlah, time tu awal2 kapel, die xtau yg saye ni mmg emosi xstable. Pastu sy pun pesanla, len kali klau sy emo2, bwat ilek je. Skang klau sy mrh pun die da biase, da tau handle. Sb baek la. Klau tak, tah nazar ape lg la die duk buat kang)

Tuesday.
xigt buat apa. pergi tutorial kat grand season for topic dysphagia, haematemesis and malaena. group laen present, shafiq baem n mim hehe, bole thn la jgak. info lebih kurang same ngn buku senior bagi. hari slase xde klinik upm, so aku clerk about 4-5 patients je ari tu. mcm2 kes. entah kenapa smangat balik :)


Wednesday
Pergi class kat faculty mcm biasa. Class keusahawanan pun ada, this time kitorang kne create new design untuk stethoscope and gown dalam operation theatre. Every group kne design, saje2 nak test creativity. Sumpah. Kelakar gila. Stetoscope style head phone, wireless, ade gps, water proof, ade percussion set, pelik2 je! Merepek kalah gila haha. Yang gown OT lagi sengal. Ade yg mcm IronMan punya suit, siap bole kencing dlm gown OT, ade straw dlm mask untuk minum, ade fragrance mask la ape, ade gadget tekan2 kat tangan ala2 robot la ape. Pelik2 je idea :D tapi best, banyak gelak hari tu.

Thursday
Kena pergi HKL. Ada tutorial session dgn Prof Faisal yg sgt comel. And very very intelligent. Sangat suka class die. Takde group present slide, Prof ajar sndri. Tajuk jaundice. Everyone kne tanya soalan, and thankfully i got to answer 2 times correctly. Seb baek soalan sng hehe. Duk depan, soalan basic2 skit. :P Kemudian pegi HKL, time tu da ptg skit, tgk wad 12. Join satu ward round, ade makcik with breast Ca, tp sempat tgk je. Then clerk akak ade benign breast tumour; fibroadenoma. Dpt buat PE sume. Dpt palpate breast akak tu. Hoh, memang fibroadenoma mcm mouse. Mobile gile, bole gerak2. Best gile dpt pegang, hehe. Bukan sbb breast, tp sbb dpt pegang tumour lump kan, best2. Jgn risau, akak tu lekk je, die siap gelak2 sbb die geli :)) Time tu yg teman 3 colleagues, semua female la so sng skit. Die x risau pun, sbb bende tu leh operate kuarkan je, xmalignant/xbahaya sgt.


Friday.
Hari ni ade class with Dr Subha. Pang present case, about pt with neck swelling. Discuss ramai2 dlm blik tutor, then ktorg jln ward skit2, tgk nenek yg ade facial palsy (lower motor neuron lesion punye). so sblah muke die distorted la, cant smile, tongue protrude at the lesion side, xde wrinkling forehead, mate xle tutup penuh. nerve laen pun ade smthing wrong jgak. gag reflex ilang, 9 10 CN. Pastu habis tu lepak2 jap, kenal ngn sorg student mesir. 

Then aku g wad 6b, lepak clerk patient yg thyroid ca, pastu die ade injap bocor. ape lagi, cube la auscultate heart sounds die kn, mane tau ade pape ke. then DOOM! dgr murmur! first time! serious, mmg betul machinery. Kuat gila. bahagian sternum and around it. Bila check comp, rupenye AR. patut pun. So cm happy ar dpt dgr murmur jgak akhirnye. Pastu xhabis lg. Ku join ward round dgn HO2 and Dr Nara. Die bg join, baek sungguh. So, dgr dorg nk mskkan Ryle's tube, punye smangat tnggu tgk2 xde pun. Tapi xpe ar, xde mende kan. 

Yang bestnya dpt tgk chest tube drainage! Woot! Time tu seret Izzati Ayub skali, die duk situ dr td, duk clerk makcik India. Anyway, ngeri sih nk cabut chest tube tu. Kne bukak suture, pastu inject Lignocaine kt 4 tempat keliling tu, then HO mule jahit balik lubang tu. Tetibe chest tube tu tertanggal, HO laki tu klam kabut, die jahit cpt2. Nenek tu da mgigil, da kne anaes pun skt lg kot. Aku ngn izzati da terkemek2 tgk, sakit je. Duk jahit gune jarum yg bentuk C mcm mata kail tu. Then mintak sign, blah. Pastu lepak lagi g asar. Kul 5.30 g 7d, wad denggi. Nak amek darah lg! HAR HAR HAR. Tanduk da kuar haha. 

Ku mintak HO tu nk mek darah, then tnggu pastu izzati ayub, mal, fa sume dtg. Then HO tu pgg list 17! 17 name untuk amek darah. PERH. Terbungkang mata. Banyak gila hahaha. mampus aku. Dorang pun da cuak, byknye. Tgk2 dr tu divide. Mulenye ku kne amek 3 je. Tapi aku amek 2 je. sebab satu tu izzati ayub nk cube, veinnya senang. Ku da sedey sbb dpt 2 je. :(( Pastu ku ikut je izzati ayub, tgk2 satu mamat ni xnmpk vein die, die cuak, aku dpt amekkan! hehe. 3 dah. Then da settle sume. Sumpah xpuas. Then ikut fa plak. Die plak xdpt. Mulenye die nk suro Dr, tp aku nk tlg amekkan, tgk2 bole HEEEE. happy je. Da la 10cc, banyak banyaakk darah, puas hati. 4 orang in 30 minutes. Baru lega, ceria hidup, riang hati. Pastu malam tu pg beli white crocs utk g scrubbing, kne beli slipar baru. Siap ada buttons bunga2 hehe. Crocs fake je, RM15, murah skit.


Saturday, aka Today.

Hari ni kena bangun awal GILA. Sebab minggu ni group aku punye turn utk blaja Scrubbing and Gowning (due2 procedure utk msk Operation Theatre). Bangun awal gila sbb bus tu gatal nk dtg awal. 6.30 da kne tercegat kt kafe. Tido dlm bus. Sampai2, breakfast, bli magazine Remaja. Lepak2 tnggu gelak2. Then masuk tukar baju. Pakai inner and shawl, sbb cap die nmpk leher. Mls nk dedah aurat, bukan real OT pun. So pkai la white shawl, with OT cap. Baju OT, with white inner inside. and crocs baru! :)) Longgar skit, kaki tak cukup kelebaran, but still comfy la. Ade jgak la rase sedey sbb pkai kt OT je, rs cm nk bli lg satu je bwk kuar jalan, slesa btoll. hmm. Tgkla cmne.

Divide group, pmpuan buat gowning, laki plak buat scrubbing dulu. Gowning memang best haha, byk menari2. Tapi lenguh sikit tgn, asek kne angkat je. Then blaja scrub, habis sabun byk wasted, air lagi la. Tapi best2. Then sister bg introduction skit. Kuar tu, ku and afiq pg wad clerk makcik yg aku nmpk breast Ca hari khamis ari tu. Die da operate dah, but still nk clerk. Rupenye die IDC, cancer dlm breast duct. 

Die byk bercerita, best jgak. Then jalan2 explore bilik rawatan, explore laci2 hehe. Explore pt's notes. Tunggu Dr Ravindren punye class. Die dtg, Jie Han present case breast lagi satu. Best, ravindren byk bg ilmu, and very friendly, slalu gelak make jokes. Tanye soalan bodo2 pun die jwb lek je. Anyway pt tu same dx, IDC, tp mets yg melampau. Sampai ke LN. Not operated yet. Time cek2 tu da kul 4. Bus da sampai. So terpakse blah wlaupun ravindren sbenarnye nk ajar lg. :(( sedey tak. Tapi sblum blah, ku sempat palpate LN kt ketiak akak tu, and mesti la palpate breast akak tu HAHA. Huish, mmg besar, the whole breast dah accompanied by the cancer mass la, keras. mmg pgg bleh tau tu malignant mass. Hmm, so nnt pt tu kne total mastectomy la, followed by chemo. Sian2. Takpe, asalkan sihat nnt. :)) So balik college. Malam tadi, mama dtg bwk dinner. Ku tak balik rumah, kerna mama kate xya blk, nnt esok balik sini balik, pnt je, lgpun die xmau Eddy(kucingku) balik uma. Haha, shian. Takpela, lgpun last 2 weekends da balik. This time lek kolej. Tomorrow maybe mama nk bwk ku kuar. Jalan2 melaram kot. :D

Kesimpulan 2 Minggu.

Just wanted to update some few stuffs in my uni life.

• had an introduction classes for medicine and surgery for the past 2 weeks.
• got mr khairul asri, prof freda meah and prof christopher as my supervisor.
• fortunately they were all nice and not the fierce type of clinicians.
• i got called as a star student, and impressed prof christopher, which really made me happy until now. boosted up my confidence level wayyy up.
• made a PE to a patient in nephrology ward. his name is hafizi, hes nice. (one of the reason why christopher was impressed), thanks to the seniors who taught me a lot of clinical stuff. helped me a lot in answering christophers unexpected questions.
• i got to know a patient whom is super friendly. uncle mohyadin. his life story was so sad, i cried a bit, in front of shafiq and baem. aigo. xble tahan. cerita die sedih. kesian sangat, (lain kali jgn ckp idup sendri sedih, idup orang lain lebih teruk lebih banyak dugaan, syukur je la ngan idup sederhana tapi happy ni) his story was more about his ex wife and his 2 disrespectful daughters. about his brother who stole his money and went nuts. about his near death experience, his soft friends and mcm2 lagi.
• i hope he'll get better soon, cause hes nice. tapi sedih la, diabetes die teruk sampai jari kaki banyak kne amputate. :(( kesian. his heart and kidneys pun mcm nak problem dah.
• anyways, a lot of other patients had sad stories too. some kne accident, ade yang miscarriage. appendicitis perkara biase pun ada.

• what else. umm. i got a new female first year as my buddy (kitorang medical students, ada buddy system. dari 5th year sampai 1st year, mcm siblings la, jage masing2, turun2 kan buku, pinjamkan nota semua, setiap kali masuk junior baru, kena amek buddy baru). she was in KMM too. shes friendly and talkative, which i like. senang nak communicate, plus, her house is just below my house, on the first floor. mine is on the 4th.
• had a tiny miny issue with my 2nd year buddy, he didnt came during buddy day when we're suppose to gather and chitchat. i was pretty mad at him, but not anymore, hes okay now. i think hes just shy and we had a misunderstanding sikit. nvm, its all settled now. at least it was not much of a big deal compared to the other people who had much bigger problems with their buddy. oh, tu crite lain la.

• me and afiq is still the same, :)) sillier and stronger each day. alhamdulillah. eventhough we're busy with clinical life, we still see each other everyday, talk silly things and went out for dinner everyday.
• i miss mommy and abah, so i went home this weekend. am currently at home now, lying on the couch.
• just got back from upm, went to MTB (Malam Tunas Budaya 2010)
• Our college, Kolej 17 won the first place, AGAIN. dah 5 tahun, sentiasa dapat top places. 4 kali johan, sekali tempat ketiga. bagus kann. hee.
• bangga sangat, and was so relieved. cause afiq penat tolong2 ajar budak2 choir, ajar singer dorang. klau xmenang mesti afiq bengang. tiap2 hari tido lambat smpai 2-3 pagi. so, baguslah menang. :)) 
• ni pun tengah sakit tekak, duk jerit mcm vuvuzela tadi. hehehe, worth it! 
• oh oh, lupe lak. tadi petang before ke upm, i went to the floral and garden putrajaya fiesta. for the second time. i went there yesterday too, with mommy. so today, i went with afiq. took effing lots of pictures, gonna upload it here later. 
• so thats it, tomorrow im going back to upm. but right after watching movie at mines. jalan jap.

• so, stuff that i spent for the last 2 weeks: a new EDP perfume from Body Shop (Love etc), baldi Carrefour haha, sabun mandi Dove, sabun basuh baju Kao Attack, a top from Esprit,  a new scarf, 2 house decorations, 2 pink tops and brown top at johor, 2 beautiful boxes, klip baju, paid my bills, reduce my credit limit, terminated 2 postpaid accounts from celcom and maxis yang charge RM30 every month. terminated a stupid message center who charged me RM3 for every messages they sent (scheme yang jahat) had dinner at secret recipe, penang village, village view, rimba, noodle shop, and jm bariani. lunch at pizza hut, kedai luar lecture hall, padang sri serdang and lot 10 bangi.

makanan sedap minggu ini, nasi putih and sotong sambal pedas, telur dadar kosong and kangkung belacan. num num num!

Kluang Mann.

Okay, hello there. Since I haven’t had the time to update a lot of things, imma tell it short and sweet.

Last weekend, I followed my housemate, Diba to her house in Kluang, Johor. Specifically in Kahang Timur. First time ive been there. Anyway, start from the beginning. After my lecture classes on Friday morning, I took a nap. Got up a bit late. Unaware of the time. Didn’t know Diba already bought 6.30pm ticket bus. I didn’t packed anything yet at the time, I went online, read quran for awhile when suddenly Diba cakap, eh kenapa tak siap lagi! OH sheeesh. Rupanya semua dah siap. Kena bertolak pukul 5.30. AIGO!! So, I pack everything I needed for 2 days super fast. And got downstairs, got on Yog’s car with Kalai. Shamim and Midil was in the same car too. We stopped at the KTM, naik sampai Seremban. We were actually late, but thankfully the bus didn’t arrived punctually, so takdela tertinggal bus. PHEWH. Naik bus sambil makan dinner yang dibungkus kat station ktm Seremban. I slept for 2 hours, then the bus stopped by Yong Peng (somewhere in Johor), I went inside the supermarket and bought some chocolate (kitkat) and a toothbrush (since I forgot to bring one due to the panic-packing situation) Oh, and I bought some Otak-otak Muar and a cup of nescafe. Haihh, lega. Dalam bus tu sejuk gila.

Sampai2 kat ayer hitam, Diba’s family was already waiting with 2 cars. So sampailah kami ke rumah Diba! Hehe. Malam tu, makan banyaaaaaaaaaaaaaakk sangat. Durian pun banyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaak sangat, sampai bibir lebam. Makan mangga pun ada! Kucing diba pun makan durian sekali. Ooooh, memang fenomena aneh dan mengkagumkan. Lagipun, kucing Diba baaaaaaaaaanyak gila, 11 die ckp. Semua comel2. Ade 2 bebies. Bila nak tidur tu, badan dah panas2. Mandi, study breast examination sekejap, then I went to sleep.

The next morning, woke up for Subuh a bit late. Oh hampeh2, dah immune dgn alarm, kenela tuka lagu alarm laen lagi. Tido balik, bangun balik about 1 hour later. I didn’t shower, since we’re planning to go mandi sungai later. Bangun tu terus makan breakfast nasi lemak! Oh sambalnya syedap2, makan lagi durian pagi tu, siap bertambah. Lepas tu ada tour around Diba’s house. Mula2 pergi tengok pokok2, ada pokok mempelam, pokok rambutan, pokok kelapa, pokok durian (bila lalu takut je durian jatuh, xpasal2 berlekuk kepala kang), pastu ada pokok mangga yang tinggi (xdpt petik mangga masam), then ada pokok betik, dan pokok langsat. Oh banyak2. Best oh kalau rumahku begini, nak makan buah, petik je. Pastu jumpa parit yang lebih kurang mcm sungai. Jumpa cendawan kaler pink yg cantikkk. Jalan2 lagi, pegi tengok kucing2 Diba. Pegi naik kat jalan raya yang agak tinggi, tengok2 bunga kertas and bunga kemboja kuning. Time tu dah berpeluh ar. So balik bilik, tukar baju mandi, pack2 baju bersih.

Bertolak ke Gunung Berlumut, it was somewhere near Diba’s house la, not that far. Mandi sungai laaaaaaaaaama lama. Sangat besh! The water is sooo cold, sampai menggigil2. Makan keropok sambil berendam. Ade adegan defensive reflex, the victim was Midil. Aigo, tak sengaja oh. Sori Midil. Harap2 tak sakit sangat. Hee. Pastu cari2 pacat sama Shamim, tapi xjumpa pun! Dapat tengok udang saja, and a few small fishes. Kami pindah pula ke tempat lebih dalam. That side of sungai ada pokok kelapa tumbang tau. Tapi die tak jatuh. So kami pun panjat pokok kelapa ala2 monyet hebat, and LOMPAT!! Agheeeeeeeeeee. BESTBEST! I did a lot of weird dives, lompat bola, lompat kebelakang, lompat sampai landing kt bontot (seb baek bontot xkene batu, klau x, abes trun saham agaknye). Haha. Pendek crite, it was fuuuuuunnnnnn. Rasa adrenaline rush, cuak je nak lompat awal2 tu. Lepas dah lompat besh! Brenang2 kebelakang, menyelam.

Lebih kurang kul 1 lebih, lepas mandi kerbau kat toilet situ, tuka baju bersih. Pegi balik rumah Diba, lepak bilik terus. Sambil mereka yang lain mandi for the second time, me and Midil took a short nap. Then mak Diba ajak makan lagi! OOOh seronot seronot!! Makan ikan tilapia masak sambal ooooh. Kalau sambal, memang turned ON lah! Menambah nasi, menjilat jari, mengonggong tulang ikan sampai licin. Pastu durian lagi! Pendek crite lagi. Kami pun bersiap2, and pack barang semua. Singgah Kluang Mall on the way ke station bus, beli2 barang. I bought 2 pink shirts and 1 brown shirt for afiq. Bought 2 lovely boxes just for the sake of their cuteness design. Oh maybe someday ill find out something to do with the boxes. Yada yada yada, kami pun sampai ke Serdang, took a taxi which the driver charged us RM6 each. Cekik darah, ketiak busuk. Sampai2, kemas sikit and tido!! Oh memang memenatkan. Tapi beeeeeeeeeeessstt sangat! Kan lagi best kalau dapat pegi stay lama2. :)))) Esoknya mama saye dtg and amek durian, thanks to emak Diba, baik sanat sanat sbb bagi durian yang banyak. Terhutang budi :)). Mekaseh makcik.

Manhattan.

sikit je nak cerita. gerak lambat from college, bout 8pm something. sebab nak kejarkan tiket eclipse yg dah book 8 seats at sunway pyramid, afiq terpaksa memandu tahap merbahaya. tapi last2 dapat jgak 8 tempat berderet, cun.


ate at manhattan fish market, ordered a set for two: grilled seafood gala platter. sedap, complete seafood set except no crabs.

habis makan, pegi gsc.

eclipse, was okay la. it kind of goes up higher than my expectations. i thought it would suck the whole time. but fortunately for the rm13 i spent, it was worth it. i like the storyline, it wasnt as boring as the previous 2 movies. which had a lot of corny dialogs. this time, the dialog is much better, a lil bit of sarcastic and humor. the actions was good, but still not enough to beat the other vampire movies. (queen of the damned, daybreakers, interview with the vampire, van helsing.. etc etc) hope the next one will be better. looking forward to it.

Pegi kul 8, ade class 2 jam kat meeting hall. sampai 10am.
pegi hosp serdang, rembat french toast and 3 small hotdogs for breakfast. pergi wad 6b. jmpe prof freda meah yang comel. kne amek history (kami berlima, steph biping, mal yet dan gwe) jmpe pt kne accident, pt with incomplete abortion. pg jmpe pt dkt group laki, prof meah panggil utkexplain2, tibe2 je sy kene buat clinical examination. aigoo. ok la jgak, die sangat baik. sy hanye buat inspection saja. yg laen die sambungkan. tp die xtnjuk pun P, P and A. (palpation, percussion and auscultation) hanya cerita. and more questions.

benda paling famous minggu ni, liver disease punye symptoms. dari mr khairul, smpai prof meah, sampai la dr subha semua ada mention abt characteristics of liver disease.


anyways. habis ngn prof meah. lepak ngan diba and mim. join dorang clerk patients. jmpe pt with fibroid. VERY talkative and friendly. i laughed a lot at her jokes. sangat relax for someone in a hospital. lps tu try cr pt laen, tp cm da pnt.

pegi lunch ngan yet kt bwh, kenyang smpai gedembol perut. naek atas, solat. and lepak join discussion group diba and mim, shafiq baem ayul sume ade, bi ping jia yee and yip meng pn ade. ira and izzati ayub, fa and yana pn ade. ktorg buat role play psl case fibroid and case postpartum haemorrhage, placenta tertggl. anndd. lastly i joined dr subhas group. learning more abt PE.
afiq picked me up at 4 something. so kesimpulannya, 6 jam kat hosp serdang. memang penat macam nak mam pus. nak tido tp jap lg da nk kluar. haigo haigo.

• Class kul 8am, sampai 10am. introduction by some lecturers and by the package coordinator. isi2 borang. petangnya ke SS utk amek gambar passport, senyum dgn terlampau2 sampai gamba mcm katun. naseb bek amoi kdai gamba tlg photoshopkan segala jeragat2 di muka, baru nampak cm manusia normal.
• (sumpah xkenal sape mamat dlm gamba ni, sori dik, tp muke adik mmg senyum cm katun, sesuai letak kt blog)

• malam tu ke pappa rich bangi, first time try yg kat bangi punye. siap bwk lappie igtkn ade wifi. rupanya xde. last2 tgk pink panther 2 sambil makan, dan bergelak ketawa sampai org meja sebelah pandang pelik. bapak kelakar steve martin ni, xle trimeeeeeeeeeeeee, die ni aneh dan sengal. 

 

Tuesday

• class kul 8, tikfu gee gee gee gee ;DD tiada, die salah pegi HKL.
• gamba sebelah ni xde kena mengena, cuma name dr tu mengingatkan kpd girls generation pnye lagu.
• kemudian class kul 9am diganti oleh limpohhin. lepas tu kami blur2 whether ade class ke x, dgr kate tikfu gee gee gee gee dtg kul 10. pelbagai gosip kate ade class, ade yg kate cancel.
• pendekkan crite, "seseorang" telefon tikfugee smbil bkata sesuatu yg kurang sopan, tikfugee masuk class marah2, and labelkan kami the worst batch ever, siap offer kelas moral and manners. 
• rasenye "seseorang" tu xde la kwaja sgt, mungkin die igt tikfugee sporting, die pn tanye slambe, "dr u coming onot?" ohh salah orang la nk tanya cmtu.
• and dr ade bengang psl bnde laen, xsure sgt. psl group die la, asik call2 smpai dr naek angin. habis kena ceramah pendidikan moral kat situ. tapi pastu die ajar ok je.
• die tu sangat gempak la. full stop. he speak 6 languages kott. and everything die ckp mmg betul. so, i kinda had fun listening to his pendidikan moral lecture.

• at night, i was frustrated cause i didnt had the chance to go to hospital yet, while everyone had already doing ward rounds. both of my supervisors were busy. so cam tensyen je xdpt merayau bajet2 da jd doctor.

Wednesday (today!)

• normal classes, 8am to 10am. (adegan kasihan terjadi pada awal class sbb 'seseorang' yg tikfugee marah tu mengumumkan perletakan jawatan die. sbb tikfugee xbg die jd class rep dah. haih, ngamok xle bla plak tikfu gee tu. bg ar 2nd chance. so bdak surgery dpt class rep baru.

• AND AND todays different, dapat pg HKL! OHHH YAY! khairul asri yg baik hati nak buat bedside tutorial pukul 2.30.
• tapi bus pukul 10.30am, so terpakse pegi awal.
• sampai awal, mkn yong tau fu dan ribena manis cm sumpah bole kena sawan hyperglycemic time tu.
• naek ward 11, tp xmsk. g library, study oxford clinical medicine jap, pastu membuta atas meja library bersama bi ping. while yet and akmal continue to study. (they already slept in the bus on the way to hkl, so they were not that sleepy as i was. semua kerna afiq who was so fricking talkative in the bus sampaikan bazir sleeping timeku, aigo aigo. bila die dah hyperactive, bercakap xbrenti, mmg xbleh tido. next time kena halau-note to self)
• lepas tu ke surau, zohor sebentar. hilangkan mengantuk.
• lepak baca anjung seri july 2010 and aniqah. ohh suka suka. ade jubah moden yg bapak cun and furnitures yg melelehkan airliur kedlm tekak.

• anyways, khairul asri punya introduction memang best, die bg kitorg amek sndri history smpai sy dpt teka btol diagnosis die. 
• my group mates was all nice, semua took part. tp ade sorg cm nk pitam, so sy hadiahkan die air ribena sy yg xabes td. biarla die bertenaga skit dpt sawan hyperglycemic plak. 
• khairul asri byk tnjuk PE (physical examination) yg agak sng msk kpale otak. byk bg tips, example of diseases smbil tnjuk PE yg sesuai. plg byk die sebut ialah liver failure.
• ade part lawak time die pg palpate org tue tu pnye right iliac (die ni pt yg ade appendicitis) perh, pt tu trus tssssssssskk, smpai nk terjoget die tkejut sakit. 3 KALI kot dr wat cmtu! kesian itu olang.
• then dorg semua balik, me and afiq gatal2 g clerk patient lg. makcik 56 tahun yg ade duodenal ulcer.
• best ok. (best setakat ni la...) >_< xkne mara ngn nurse lg.
• pergi lepak grand seasons, mkn choki choki. bongkang dlm bus buat style katil. smpai merembeskan air liur. selekeh. seb bek conquer 2 seat sorg2, klau share ngn org len kantoi tido byk air liur basi.

• tadi malam pun g dinner kt rimba saja, tamak haloba smpai 3 pinggan, 5 lauk. (utk dua org la, bkn sy sorg, oh mlampau klau sorg2 bedal cmtu skali) kenyang alhamdulillah.

itu saja. esok tengok twilight eclipse. siap book 8 tiket. tamak tak. mungkin g ngn membe skali. pastu weekend ni diba (housemateku) ajak g uma die kt johor. hope everything goes well. yay makan durian free! (free yg penting tu, hehek lebiudiba, yay dpt jumpe kucing die yg briban2)
